The holiday residence in Roseto degli Abruzzi, at Lungomare Trento, 103, completed in 2009, is located on the edge of the beach and 30 meters from the sea, it boasts a beautiful panoramic view of the Adriatic coast.

It consists of three floors for a total of 12 apartments of the surface of 70-80 square meters. each, with two bedrooms, living room and bathroom. All apartments have a lift for the disabled. Daily newspapers are also provided on the beach every morning. Apartments 1 - 3 - 4 - 6 - 7 and 9 have two bathrooms, one of which is for the disabled. From this year each apartment is complete with wifi connection, barbecue, blender, espresso coffee machine, mineral water distiller and ample parking.
